区域智能物流系统规划的理论与方法研究 摘要：随着经济全球化趋势的加快和现代科技的进步，现代物流已经成为世界各国经济发展的一个热点和新的增长点，并在国民经济中起着重要的支柱作用。由于我国的物流研究起步较晚，目前物流已经成为国民经济发展的瓶颈。为加快我国现代区域物流的发展、营造一个良好的物流发展环境，当前最紧迫的任务之一就是要做好区域物流系统规划理论的研究。本文以物流和区域物流的基本知识为切入点，通过对对物流和区域物流的基本概念、活动构成以及基本理论进行了详细的分析和研究，明确界定了物流和区域物流；在正确认识区域物流的基础上，从我国区域物流发展取得的成绩、存在的主要问题和机遇、推进区域物流的发展条件等方面进行了综合分析，为我国区域物流系统规划的研究建立了基础：通过对世界发达国家物流发展模式的分析，结合我国区域物流发展现状，提出了我国区域物流发展模式的构想，以期能为我国区域物流系统的发展规划提供新的思路。 关键词：物流 区域智能物流系统 理论与方法 规划 基础设施平台 信息基础平台 政策基础平台 Study on the Theory And Method of Regional Intelligent Logistics System Layout Abstract: With the development of the economy globalization and modern science and technology,modern logistics has been a hot and new increase point for each country in the world and its playing all important role in the national economy.It has been a bottleneck for national economy development since the late study of logistics in China.In order to quicken the development of modern logistics and form a good condition of logistics development,one of the most urgent task is the study of regional logistics system layout now.Based on the above reason,it will research the layout theory and method of regional intelligent logistics system layout in this dissertation.In this dissertation,it defines definitely logistics and regional logistics through analyzing and researching detailedly their basic conceptions,activity compositions and basic theory beginning with basic knowledge of logistics and regional logistics.Based on right cognition about regional logistics,it provides the foundation for the study of regional logistics System layout through the synthetic analysis about the achievements,the problems,the opportunities and the development conditions of regional logistics in China,Combining with the status quo of our country,it puts forward an idea of regional logistics development pattern in our country through the analysis about developed countries so as to provide a new thought for regional logistics development layout in China.
