Now is becoming the economic growth which prays, our countrys cartoon industry, although has made certain progress, but still fell behind the developed country, to later periods industrial operation has many serious issues from the cartoon work and the image creation. Therefore, discusses the Chinese cartoon industry road of the development appears especially important and the necessity.
