民生银行信贷风险防范研究 内容摘要 随着经济全球化的发展，我国从2001年加入WTO后，经济逐步实现对外开放，在这过程中我国金融机构迎来了国际金融机构的激烈竞争。目前，我国的金融体系仍以银行为主，民生银行是整个社会经济稳定发展的基石，对经济的的发展起着关键作用。民生银行的主要收入来源就是信贷资产业务，但在获得高收益的同时面临着高风险，那么信贷风险的防范的重要性对民生银行是不言可喻。民生银行不良贷款率较高，存在着很大的民生风险，新出台的巴塞尔资本协议对民生银行风险管理、风险计量提供了新思路、新技术、新标准的同时，对民生银行风险管理也是一种新挑战。所以在当前的经济形势下，提高民生银行的抵抗风险的能力，提高经济收益，加强对民生银行信贷风险与防范研究，具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。本文以民生银行信用风险管理为切入点，对民生银行信用风险管理存在的问题进行探讨，并对完善民生银行信用风险管理提出了对策建议。 关键词:民生银行；信贷风险；风险防范 Abstract With the development of economic globalization, our country since 2001 after joining WTO, the economy gradually realize the opening to the outside world, in the process of financial institutions in China ushered in the intense competition of the international financial institutions.
