张宣葡萄产区土壤硒含量与葡萄品质关系研究 周丽娜 刘树庆* 杨志新 徐淑伟 （河北农业大学资源与环境科学学院，保定 071001） 摘要：本文调查分析了张宣地区葡萄园产区土壤硒分布状况，并与葡萄品质进行了相关分析，结果表明：张宣葡萄产区表层土壤硒含量低于中国表层土壤硒含量，约占怀涿葡萄产区总面积67.74%的产区土壤属于缺硒土壤，24.73%产区土壤为少硒土壤,足硒土壤面积较少；占宣化葡萄产区面积达81.82%产区土壤为足硒土壤；土壤硒含量与土壤有机质含量成极显著正相关，与土壤pH成极显著负相关，偏相关分析显示该产区土壤有机质与土壤硒含量的关系更密切；土壤硒含量与葡萄果实VC有负相关关系，与果实中pH、单粒重呈正相关关系，分析表明土壤硒与酿酒葡萄品质关系密切；土层深度在土壤硒含量与葡萄品质的关系中影响不大。 关键词：葡萄产区；土壤硒 ；葡萄品质指标 中图分类号：S15 文献标识码:A Research for relationship between contents of selenium in soil and quality of grape in Zhangxuan grape-producing areas ZHOU Lina LIU Shuqing* YANG Zhixin XU Shuwei (College of resources and environment sciences ,Agricultural University of Hebei,Baoding 071001,China) Abstract: This paper was mainly analyzed with distribute of contents of selenium in soil and its correlation with quality of grape. The results showed that contents of selenium in surface soil lower than that average background value of China , about 67.74% of the soil in grape-producing areas in Huailai are lack selenium , about 24.73% of soil in where has little selenium，area of soil in which has adequate selenium; about 81.82% of the soil in Xuanhua has adequate selenium; there was a significantly positive correlation between contents of selenium and organic matter in soil，highly significant negative correlation was found between contents of selenium and pH in soil; the partial correlation analysis showed that organic matter was more closely related to the content of selenium in soil ; there was a significantly positive correlation between contents of selenium in the soil and VC in grape, and a significant negative was between contents of selenium in the soil and single seed weight and pH in grape；analysis showed that contents of selenium in soilclosely related to the quality of wine grapes, soil depth has less effect on the relation between selenium content of soil and quality of grape.
