中文摘要 当前，随着社会经济的发展，汽车站的建设规模也在增大，相应的配套设施也在不断地完善，特别是像配有GPS卫星定位、联网售票系统、双语广播系统、电子安全管理监控和智能化调度系统等现代化设施，使车站的整体运行效率有大幅度的提升。 对于已经建好的汽车站，特别是效益不是太好的，不能一味的拆迁和在建，我们最主要的就是要不断解决在运营过程中所出现的问题以及提出更好的改善方案。 本文主要是客观地选用了决策单元的几个主要因素要进行对汽车站的绩效评价，采用了DEA模型中的评价，在此方面采用的案例是郑州市的五个汽车站，通过建立基于汽车站绩效评价的DEA模型，计算出五个汽车站的绩效评价指标以及换乘输入冗余率和输出亏空率，然后根据决策单元在生产前沿面上的投影理论计算出了没达到DEA有效性的车站所需改进的方向和改进的步长。最后对没有达到DEA有效性的城市的轨道交通运营系统的改良做了相关的分析和建议。 关键词：数据包络分析；汽车客运站；评价指标；绩效评价有效性  Abstract Bus stop in at present, with the development of social economy, the construction scale increases, the corresponding supporting facilities is in constant improvement, especially as ticketing system equipped with GPS satellite positioning, networking, bilingual broadcasting system, electronic security management monitoring and intelligent scheduling system and other modern facilities, make the whole of the station operation efficiency has been increased greatly. To have built a good bus station, especially the benefit is not very good, can not blindly demolition and construction, we the most important is to solve those problems appeared in the process of operation and better improvement scheme is put forward. This article mainly is objectively chose the major risk factors for decision making units must carry on the performance evaluation of bus station, the evaluation of the DEA model, in this regard the case is five bus station of zhengzhou city, through the establishment of the DEA model based on the performance evaluation of bus station, the performance evaluation index and calculate the five bus stop transfer input redundancy ratio and output deficit ratio, and then according to the projection on the surface of the decision-making unit in the production frontier theory to calculate the not up to the direction of the DEA needed to improve the effectiveness of the station and improve step length.Finally, the DEA validity did not meet the urban rail transit operation system improvement made related analysis and recommendations.
