There is the equipment, welding roller bed,very common in the process of assembling and welding of cylindrical for work-pieces.Welding roller-beds is used initiative and welding pieces of the wheel between the Mount relay driven welding rotating mechanical deformation.Welding roller-beds is a machine which is used in welding production and welding processes, and it is not only conducive to welding production mechanization and automation and shorten the cycle of the production process,but also to improving assembly welding-quality and the welding environment which the workers in. The main content of this paper is the design of mechanical structure of welding roller-beds.Before my design,I consulted a lot of resources about welding roller bed, And I checked the main component such as roller、axle and bearing.The results showed that the design result meets the requirements.The beds’ frame structure is simple, flexible, which is the most widely used form of the structure. And it could be fully considered the welding roller-beds frame reasonable and economic, and other factors.
