摘 要 这次我毕业设计的课题就是基于UG的箱体加工工艺及专用夹具设计。先针对箱体零件的的特点，设计其工艺规程，再设计专用夹具，然后对箱体零件进行分类编码。 在制造业信息话环境中，工艺设计是生产技术准备工作的第一步，工艺规划是进行工装设计制造和决定零件加工方法与加工路线的主要依据，他对组织生产、保证产品质量、提高劳动生产率等都有直接的影响，是生产中的关键工作。工艺知识是制造企业中的重要知识资源之一，是使产品设计变成成品的整个制造过程中的基础资源，它对保证产品质量以及提高企业经济技术效益具有十分重要的作用。 夹具的快速设计与制造，已经成为产品快速变换和制造系统新建成或运行的瓶颈，严重地影响制造系统的设计建造周期、质量、和成本。专用夹具的使用，一方面缩短工序时间，降低了加工成本；另一方面，夹具本身的设计制造工时、材料消耗等又增加工件的成本。因此，在何种生产条件下使用哪种夹具才是经济合理的，也就是夹具的经济性，一直都是夹具结构发展和设计的一个主要问题。 关键词：UG； 工艺设计； 专用夹具 Abstract This time I graduated from the design of the subject is based on the UG box processing technology and special fixture design.
