How to design a universal accessibility of small electronic products is the meaning of this research, is also expected to help realize their social value of their maximum. The article entitled disorder of small electronic product design without the paper, for the convenience of the disabled travelers better and improve the quality of life, to solve some practical problems of the disabled have encountered in life as the main research content products. In market research, go through their life to understand their real needs products, analyzing the deficiency of the existing products, puts forward the design direction of accessibility of electronic products and the specific design principles. First of all, understanding of the research content, research background, research purpose and significance, barrier-free definition; secondly, analysis of accessibility of small electronic products domestic and foreign research and development status, and development trend; finally, by positioning the market positioning for the disabled and people with heavy, analysis of the blind physiological characteristics and social life for the blind, and psychological analysis, understand their emotional needs, thus put forward the design route and product function design, meet the blind travel requirements, design scheme was put forward, and the detailed scheme, in-depth study the final design one can meet the physiolog
