DZT4810/4820 High Frequency Switch Power Regulation Module Instruction Manual GKA2.939.073/074SS Telecommunications Company of Jiangsu Hongtu High-tech Co., Ltd. 1 Introduction With optimized computer-aided design, DZT series high frequency switch power regulation module is basic power supply equipment for telecommunication installations. The module is available in two types - DZT4810 (current output -10A) and DZT4820 (current output - 20A). With the use of high frequency PWM technology (300kHz clock), it contains unique parallel connection current-sharing technique and complete data interfaces, and realizes the functions of automatic current sharing, fault isolation, remote current limiting and remote control. The module is mainly equipped for program controlled exchange, microwave, optic fiber and mobile telecom devices. It may well be used as electric charger for storage batteries. It is light and small and it has high reliability and good voltage stabilizing performances. 2 Operating Principle and Main Performance Properties 2.1 Operating Principle See Fig. 1 for the schematic diagram of DZT4810/4820 module. Single-phase alternating current first comes into peak suppressing and EM1 filter circuit. The circuit has two functions: 1. Protect the module from possible hazards of voltage peaks caused by switching operations of power loads or lightning in the power network; 2. Prevent the noise voltage and reverse current produced in the high frequency switch in the module.
