钢铁企业烧结及配套设施职业病危害 因素辨识及噪声控制设计2 姓 名： 陈 玉 龙 班 级： 安全1101 指导老师： 赵 江 平 摘要 近年来，随着我国经济的高速发展，职业卫生问题日益显现，职业危害在部分行业和地区有日趋严重的趋势。本文主要介绍我国钢铁企业烧结工艺职业卫生现状以及职业病危害因素辨识控制的意义。通过分析钢铁企业烧结的工艺流程及其设备原理，针对钢铁企业烧结及配套设施在作业过程中，可能存在的危险、有害因素进行辨识分析，并依据《职业病分类和目录》对该企业涉及的职业病类型、对应危险有害因素、危险有害因素的来源和和气在作业场所的分布进行分类汇总，针对存在的问题，提出消除和减弱职业危害因素的技术和管理措施。在噪声控制设计阶段，根据给定条件，对厂房进行噪声评估核算，设计符合国家规范要求声压级的隔声间。 关键字： 职业病危害因素 烧结工艺流程 噪声控制 Sintered steel companies and facilities of occupational hazards Factors Identification and Noise Control Design 2 Name: Chen Yu Long Class level: Safety 1101 Instructor: Zhao Jiang Ping Summary In recent years, Chinas rapid economic development, occupational health problems have become increasingly apparent, occupational hazards have become increasingly serious trend in some industries and regions.
