摘　要 　研究注塑模具对了解塑料产品的生产过程和提高产品质量有很大意义，这是我选择本设计的出发点。本设计是以塑料制品冰箱接水盒通过基于逆向工程的3D激光扫瞄测试技术,采集塑件的曲面数据，使用三维软件Unigraphics NX 4.0进行曲面造型,再根据Unigraphics NX 4.0软件的MOLDWIZARD模块设计了冰箱接水盒注塑模具；本设计介绍了注射成型的基本原理，特别是双分型面注射模具的结构与工作原理，对注塑产品提出了基本的设计原则；详细介绍了冷流道注射模具浇注系统、温度调节系统和顶出系统的设计过程，并对模具强度要求做了说明；该设计从产品结构工艺性，具体模具结构出发，对模具的浇注系统、模具成型部分的结构、顶出系统、冷却系统、注塑机的选择及有关参数的校核、都有详细的设计。最终完成对冰箱接水盒的注塑模设计。 关键词：冰箱接水盒；造型；注塑模具 Abstract Study injection mold plastic products to the understanding of the production process and improve product quality have great significance, this is my choice of the design point of departure. Final completion of designning aboat the water receiver in Refrigerator to the plastic injection modle.
