本科毕业论文(设计) 题 目建筑企业项目物流成本控制策略研究 学生姓名_____陈小誉_________ 指导教师______成耀荣________ 学 院_ 交通运输工程学院 专业班级___物流工程1001_____ 完成时间___2014年5月_______ 本科生院制 摘 要 在建筑行业里，如今施工单位通过降低原材料费用和人工劳动费用来提高利润已经非常的困难了。物流领域作为“第三利润源”越来越受到了施工企业的重视。但目前，我国多数建筑施工企的“重供应，轻物流”的现象还比较突出，产生了巨额的流通费用。物流业务贯穿了建筑施工企业的全部经营活动，他直接影响到了企业的利润与竞争力。因此，建筑施工企业迫切理清自身的业务流程、从根本上提高对物流成本的控制水平以此降低总成本。本文结合了定量分析与定性分析的研究方法，首先对国内外的物流成本控制方面的理论进行综述，并对中建二局上海分公司的物流成本控制的现状以及存在的问题进行了详细分析。然后将施工企业的物流业务分为采购、运输、装卸搬运、库存、现场施工物流五个重点物流控制环节。并分别围绕这五个环节进行物流活动细化，寻找能够量化的有效指标，利用模糊综合分析法和层次分析法对建筑企业的物流成本控制能力进行评估。之后我们以中建二局上海分公司为例，按照上述模型进行评估，得出中建二局上海分公司对物流成本的控制水平为差。最后，根据评估的结果，有针对性地在采购、运输、库存、装卸搬运、施工现场物流五个环节分别提出优化策略。 关键词：建筑施工企业 物流成本 模糊综合分析法 成本控制策略； Abstract It is more and more difficult for most construction enterprises to increase the profit by lowering the cost of raw material and labor in construction industry.Running through all business activities in the construction enterprises, the logistics cost affects the profit and competitiveness of enterprises directly. Therefore, the construction enterprise should urgently understand their business in order to make it more rational and scientific. By means of the measures, the construction enterprise can decrease the logistics fundamentally.Combining the research methods of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, this paper summarizes the theory of logistics cost control at home and abroad and analyse current situation and problems about logistics cost control in chinese construction enterprises. We break logistics business into the following five aspects different categories: Purchase, transportation, handlingtransportation, stock, construction management on the work site which are key to logistics cost control. Then, we refine logistics activities around five aspects different categories above to find their quantifiable influence factors.
