xxx 学 院 本科毕业论文 PLC的搬运机械手设计 所 在 学 院 专 业 名 称 机械设计制造及其自动化 年 级 学生姓名、学号 xx 指导教师姓名、职称 xx 副教授 完 成 日 期 二〇一五年 五月 三十日 摘 要 机器人是科技发展的产物，现在发展趋势正朝着智能化、微型化的方向发展，在工业、国防、农业等各个领域得到广泛应用。机械手是机器人工作的主要部分，最接近于人类手臂的构造。在高温高压、易腐蚀等的危险工作环境中，机械手可以延伸到人类无法触及到的领域，代替人类的工作。而基于PLC的机械手，更得到广泛的应用。 编程逻辑控制器（PLC），它采用一类可编程的存储器，用于其内部存储程序，执行逻辑运算、顺序控制、定时、计数与算术操作等面向用户的指令，并通过数字或模拟式输入/输出控制各种类型的机械或生产过程，是控制系统的关键设备。 基于PLC的机械手，主要是应用PLC的编程控制，实现机械手的夹紧、松开、左行、右行、上行、下行。PLC的机械手，未来发展的一个趋势，不仅简单易学，而且更加普遍，易于操作。 关键词：PLC机械手, 顺序控制 , 编程控制 ABSTRACT The robot is the product of development of science and technology, and the development trends are toward now intelligent, miniaturization the direction of development, industry, agriculture, national defense, in various fields such as widely used. Robot manipulator is the main part of the work, the most similar to human arm structure. In high temperature and high pressure, easy to corrosion of dangerous work environment, manipulator can be extended to the human touch not to field, instead of the work of man.
