陕西交通职业技术学院 毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 论钻孔灌注桩施工工艺 系 部： 公路工程系 专 业：道路与桥梁工程技术 学 号: 010131104727 班 级： 道桥1147班 姓 名： 杨 晓 明 指导老师： 李 涛 2014年05月25日  摘 要 随着我国工程事业的蓬勃发展，在搞错建筑、重型厂房、桥梁、港口码头、海上采油平台及核电站等工程中大量采用桩基础，桩基已成为我国工程建设中最为重要的基础形式，在所有桩基类型中，灌注桩应用较为普遍，其中优以钻孔灌注桩为主。如天津地区，钻孔灌注桩已被广泛应用于楼房、厂房、桥梁、塔座等基础形式中，随着灌注桩应用的日益扩大，如何保证工程质量成为首要问题。 目前，在桩基施工中，质量控制能力较差，控制手段不力，造成质量水平不稳定，重大工程质量事故时有发生，给国家、人民的财产带来巨大损失。虽然灌注桩施工工艺正日益改善，但往往由于工艺不当，施工管理不规范，断桩、堵桩、夹泥、蜂窝、少灌等质量问题也时有发生。因此，运用科学，使用的施工工艺额方法，加强过程质量控制仪确保工程质量显得极为重要。 在实际施工过程中，施工技术人员只有了解灌注桩的基本工艺、施工方法、常见的质量事故、事故处理方法，才能做到事前控制、事中控制及事后控制。从而保证灌注桩的施工质量满足设计及安全使用需要。 关键词 钻孔灌注桩 质量控制 施工工艺 In this paper, With the vigorous development of our countrys engineering business, in the wrong building, heavy-duty workshop, Bridges, ports, docks, offshore oil platforms, and nuclear power plant and other projects in the use of pile foundation, pile foundation has become the most important in the engineering construction in our country, form the basis of in all types of pile foundation, pile application is relatively common, which is given priority to with bored piles.
