本科毕业论文农业上市公司的政治关系与融资约束 李四200930940412 指导教师 张三 教授 学院名称 经济管理学院 工商管理 2013年4月30日 论文答辩日期 2013年5月6日 摘 要 近年来，随着中国经济的发展和国家对农业扶持政策的实施，农业上市公司在加快农业产业化建设和增强农产品国际竞争力中发挥着越来越重要的作用。但农业作为一个弱质性和高度竞争性的行业，具有逐利本性的社会资金总是倾向于远离农业。中国正处于经济转型时期，政府在资源配置中起着重要的作用，在这种情况下，农业上市公司的政治关系便会对企业的融资活动产生重要的影响。 本文以我国的农业上市公司为研究对象，实证分析了公司的政治关系对减缓企业融资约束的作用，其内容可概括为四个部分:第一部分为问题的提出及意义，具体指出了融资的重要性、农业上市公司目前所面临的融资约束及其政治关系的现状；第二部分介绍了农业上市公司的基本情况，具体分为农业上市公司的界定、基本特征和经营现状，总结出农业上市公司在发展的过程中存在数量偏少、地区分布不均、主营业务行业分布相对集中等问题；第三部分为农业上市公司的政治关系与融资约束的实证研究，农业上市公司为样本，实证检验了农业上市公司的政治关系对减轻融资约束的作用。研究发现，相对于没有参与政治的农业上市公司，存在政治关系的农业上市公司能受到更少的融资约束和获得更多的融资便利；第四部分为本文的结论并为缓解农业上市公司的融资约束提出建议。 融资约束 The Political Connections and Financing Constraints of Agriculture Listed Corporations Li Si (College of Economics and Management, South China Agricultural University, Guangzhou 510642, China) Abstract： With the development of Chinese economy and the implementation of the supporting policy of the authority, the agriculture listed corporations. have played an important role in promoting the agricultural industrialization as well as enhancing the international competitiveness of domestic agricultural products. However, as a weak highly competitive business, agriculture always fails to attract the social funds which have the nature of pursuing benefits. Since China is staying in the period of economic transformation, government plays a significant role in the distribution of social resources. In this situation, the political connections would greatly influence the financing activities of agriculture listed corporations. This paper empirically studies the question of political connections how to reduce the financing constraints of agriculture listed corporations, and the content of which could be summarized into four parts: the first part is the introduction of the background and significance of the topic of this paper. Specifically speaking, it illustrates the importance of financing; the fin
