Rural commercial banks provide financial services and promote the development of rural finance for three problems about countryside, agriculture, and farmers and local economic development. Therefore, it is important to analyze the profit structure of the rural commercial bank. In recent years, the rural commercial bank in our country has witnessed the rapid development and has become the main force of rural finance. But now the rural commercial bank is still in the primary stage. There exists several problems, for example, the risk is too obvious. This thesis takes Chongqing rural commercial bank as an example and is based on collecting its business data, analyzing the income structure, cost structure and profit structure to reveal the existing problems including the current earning structure of rural commercial bank is unreasonable, business scope is too centralized, financial products are single, innovation ability is not enough.
