浅析河北省机械化保护性耕作技术的可持续发展与推广 王思翱，冯晓静 （河北农业大学现代科技学院， 河北 保定 071001） 摘要：根据河北省农业产业结构特点，对河北省机械化保护性耕作技术进行评价，提出促进此项技术持续发展、推广的对策，以化解土地资源短缺对区域经济增长的限制问题。通过分析机械化保护性耕作技术产生的效益和存在的问题，提出了相应的对策：建议加强技术宣传、培训工作；提高试验区示范的工作效果，充分发挥农机合作社的辐射作用；不断坚持、完善、创新农机、农艺相结合的技术模式；树立创新服务推广模式；建立、健全机械化保护性耕作技术投入机制；完善机械化保护性耕作技术市场机制，以确保河北省土地资源可持续健康发展。 关键词：保护性耕作；机械化；田间管理 中图分类号：S233.1 文献标识码：A 文章编号: A?brief?analysis?of?the sustainable development of mechanized conservation tillage technology and?its promotion in Hebei Province Wang Siao, Feng Xiaojing (The Department of modern?science and technology?,?Hebei?Agricultural?University?,Hebei Baoding 071001,China) Abstract：Based on the features in the structures of agricultural industries in Hebei province, and by the evaluation of its mechanized conservation tillage technology, the measures to promote this technology constantly and widely are put forward in order to resolve the restriction in regional economic development caused by the shortage of land resources. The corresponding countermeasures are advanced by analyzing the benefit of the mechanized conservation tillage technology and its existing problems. That is, strengthen the power of technological publicity and training, set effective experimental demonstration as well as make good use of the radioactive function of the agricultural machinery cooperation. Furthermore, continue the combination of agriculture and machinery, persist in innovating the technical mode, and build up the service in innovation and publicity. Finally, establish and maintain the input mechanism in the technology of mechanized conservation tillage and try to perfect the market mechanism of it. And only in this way can it be ensured to keep the sustainable and healthy development of land resources in Hebei province.
