通冠复脉汤在冠心病室性早搏患者中的应用分析 姚春杨 周学华 浙江省庆元县人民医院 323800 [摘要]目的：研究冠心病室性早搏患者在临床治疗中，应用通冠复脉汤对疗效的影响。方法：将我院收治的冠心病室性早搏患者64例作为研究对象，随机分为两个组别。其中一组采用单纯西医药物治疗，另一组加用中药通冠复脉汤，观察比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：试验组治疗有效共计30例（93.8%），对照组共计24例（75.0%）；患者治疗后在胸痛、心悸、气短上的症状积分均低于对照组；两组治疗前心绞痛发作情况差异不鲜明，经治疗后均明显改善，且试验组发作次数少、发作时间短，对比差异鲜明，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：冠心病室性早搏患者应用通冠复脉汤疗效确切，能够提高治疗有效率，减轻临床症状，改善心功能指标。 关键词：冠心病；室性早搏；通冠复脉汤；症状积分 [abstract] objective: To study the coronary heart disease in clinical treatment of patients with ventricular premature beat, application on crowns influence on the curative effect of complex pulse soup. Methods: 64 cases with coronary heart disease in patients with ventricular premature beat our hospital as the research object, were randomly divided into two groups. One group USES the pure western medicine treatment, another group of combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) crown compound soup of arteries and veins, observe the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. Results: The treatment group effective a total of 30 patients (93.8%), control group a total of 24 cases (75.0%). After treatment in patients with chest pain, palpitations, shortness of breath symptoms integral are lower than the control group; The two groups before treatment angina pectoris attack no distinct difference situation, were significantly improved after treatment and fewer patients attack, attack time is short, contrast sharp difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: Coronary heart disease (CHD) in patients with ventricular premature beat application crown after pulse soup curative effect, can improve the treatment efficiency, relieve the clinical symptoms, improve the cardiac function indexes.
