毕业论文 电涡流传感器在棉花包金属检测中的应用研究 学生姓名： 王江 学号： 1102044224 学 院： 机械工程与动力学院 专 业： 机械电子工程 指导教师： 方群玲 2015 年 6月 电涡流传感器在棉花包金属检测中的应用研究 摘 要 电涡流传感器是工业生产科学研究中使用广泛的一种无损、非接触检测仪器。对 不同被测材料敏感度的不同一直是制约电涡流传感器更广泛应用重要因素。因此，对电涡流传感器的电磁性能研究显得尤为重要。本课题采用的是实验和有限元分析仿真相结合的方法，研究电涡流传感器的电磁性能。具体的内容如下：电涡流传感器电磁场性能理论研究在掌握电涡流传感器工作原理的基础上，通过对传感器等效电路分析，从理论上推导出相关参数（检测距离、频率等）对传感器性能的影响。电涡流传感器是一种性能优越非接触测量传感器，这种传感器适用于对机械的振动、位移和转速等运行状态的直接在线监测。它的体积小，结构紧凑坚固，耐腐蚀，耐湿热，因而广泛应用于电力、石化、机械等行业。 关键词：电涡流效应，电涡流传感器，机械 Application of eddy current sensor in metal detection in cotton bales ABSTRACT The eddy current sensor is widely used in industrial production and scientific research of a kind of nondestructive, non-contact detection instrument. Different sensitivity to different material being tested has been an important factor of restricting the eddy current sensor is more widely used. Therefore, research on electromagnetic performance of eddy current sensor is particularly important. This topic by experiment and simulation method of combining the finite element analysis, the research on electromagnetic performance of the eddy current sensor. Specific content is as follows: 1.
