焊接专业毕业论文 题目 建筑钢结构H型钢焊接 专 业 焊接技术 摘 要 本文主要针对钢结构制作当中所用到的H型钢焊接进行详细论述，由于钢结构的材料力学性能及特点决定着它的焊接性，所以在设计过程中必须选择合适的焊接顺序、焊接方法和焊接工艺参数。由于钢结构制作过程中大部分都是采用的H型钢焊接，翼板和腹板的拼接所采用的是埋弧自动焊，构件之间的连接主要是焊缝连接，所以焊接质量要十分重视。预防较长的H型钢在生产过程中产生变形，必要情况下采取二次矫正。最后对焊接过程中容易出现的缺陷进行分析，并提出有效的防止措施。Abstract This article mainly aims at the H section welding which the steel structure manufacture uses to carry on the detailed elaboration, because the steel structure materials mechanics performance and the characteristic are deciding its weld ability, therefore must choose the appropriate welding course, the welding method and the welding craft parameter in the design process. Because in the steel structure manufacture process majority of all is the H section welding which uses, what the lifting surface and web plate splicing uses is buries the arc to weld automatically, between the component connection mainly is the welded joint connection, therefore the welding quality needs to take extremely. The prevention long H section has the distortion in the production process, in the essential situation adopts two corrections. Finally in the butt weld process easy to appear the flaw carries on the analysis, and proposed effective prevents the measure.
