環境人權在台灣 建構「生態大學」(Eco-university) 的芻議 鄭先祐 (Ayo) 台南大學 環境與生態學院 建構「生態大學」的芻議 緣起： 從「大學之道」，邁向「自然之道」。 現況：綠色學校、永續校園、生態學校(大學) 生態 與 經濟 「Eco」之學 歷史軌跡 自然之道 「生態大學」的架構 結語：可持續發展的關鍵因素 (七股案例) 「大學」之道 University（大學）詞根是「universus」，意指：“普遍”、“整個”、“世界”、“宇宙”。(丁學良，2005) 「大學」演變的三個階段 教育機構 → 研究機構 → 服務機構 綜合大學：國家的經濟成長、社會福利、文化和社會發展 (Bladh, 2008) 。 追求卓越： 大學之道 ：明德、親民、至善 → 自然之道 社區、國家、全球的「可持續發展」。 從環境教育出發，強調心靈環保，師生共同參與，且表現在(四個面向)： 學校的環境政策與管理計畫、 學校的校園建築與戶外空間、 學校的教育計畫與教學、 學校師生的生活。 過程中注重「生態思維、人性關懷、伙伴關係、行動學習、資源交流」。 綠色學校的藍圖 校園生活的永續性 建築空間的永續性 與社區的結合 課程的整合 校園的綠色文化 (行政與政策) 轉化傳統校園環境，以符合永續發展之綠色、生態、環保、健康、省能、省資源之目標。 使校園成為推動環境教育之執行基礎 配合城鄉風貌再造、社區總體營造、生態旅遊之推動。 This website is designed by a non-profit organization which gives Colleges and Universities around the nation ways to break the addictions, of Fuel, Electricity, and Energy, while saving a great amount of money. ECO UNIVERSITY OPEN DOORS IN SOFIA 18:38 Tue 20 Nov 2007 - Elitsa Savova Sofia University (保加利亞) students from the university club UNESCO launched a project called Green University (綠色大學) to show the need of information campaigns on ecology problems. The topics to be discussed in the ‘university’ are biodiversity and Natura 2000, genetically modified food and bio-agriculture (生物農業), renewable energy resources (再生能源資源) and separate waste collection (分類回收). The project includes discussions, film screening, photo exhibitions, and mountain cleaning and provides information on ecological problems.
