The three key elements of starting up a venture and the eight key elements of an innovation function to sustain a firms innovation capability will be elaborated, so that this course will get the students to think through creating a new business or get the related company to consider building or enhancing indigenous innovation capability through construction or improvement of the innovation system to achieve the strategic innovation objectives of the company.
