立井井筒施工组织设计方案.doc

摘要 梁宝寺二号井由肥城矿业集团公司投资兴建，矿址位于山东省嘉祥县，东南距嘉祥县城约20km。矿井由中煤国际工程集团南京设计研究院设计，设计生产能力为1.2Mt/a；采用立井开拓，工业场地内布置有主、副、风三个立井井筒。 本设计包括三部分：第一部分为建设矿井的基本概况，包括矿区的概况与地质概况，矿井开拓与开采，矿井主要生产系统，工业广场的布置与地面建筑，矿井建设主要经济技术指标。 第二部分为梁宝寺二号井副井井筒基岩段施工组织设计，包括建井施工准备：技术准备、工程准备、物资与施工劳动准备、对外协作，立井表土的施工组织设计：冻结方案设计（冻结深度、冻结方案的确定）、表土掘进、井壁施工，立井井筒基岩段的施工组织设计：立井井筒基岩段施工方案、立井基岩掘进（采用钻爆法施工，包括钻眼设备与爆破材料的选择、爆破参数与爆破图表、抓岩与支护、掘砌循环图表与劳动组织）、提升与悬吊、悬吊系统、天轮平面的布置及天轮梁的结构与验算、提升机与稳车的布置、施工辅助系统，安全技术措施等。 第三部分为专题部分:梁宝寺二号井主井地面预注浆技术，包括井筒治水概况，井筒地面预注浆. 关键词：井田开拓 井筒施工 钻眼爆破 注浆堵水 Abstract LiangBao temple no.2 shaft mining group company of feicheng invested in shandong province, ore addresses from jiaxiang county rizhao-heze expressway, southeast 20km about.
