J I A N G S U U N I V E R S I T Y 热动专业毕业设计 煤粉炉设计 所属学院： 能动学院 学生班级： 热能0901班 姓名姓名： 郭楠 姓名学号： 3090202024 指导老师： 张敏 摘要：工业锅炉作为国内主要的热能动力设备，一直是研究的重点。对于容量超过35t/h的锅炉，人们常常采用煤粉炉。煤粉炉的设计自然是最重要的。130t/h煤粉炉的设计对此有一定的意义。在设计过程中，先对煤粉炉进行了调研，翻阅了一些国外资料，对锅炉进行结构设计，热力计算和校核计算等。在计算过程中，首先大致上确定锅炉的大体结构，再进行辅助计算，得到烟气焓温表，然后进行炉膛结构设计，热力计算，再对水冷壁排渣管进行结构设计，热力计算，对过热器进行结构设计，热力计算，再对省煤器空气预热器进行设计，最后进行校核计算，最终得到了一套设计方案。煤粉炉作为重要的热能动力设备，在工业生产中应用甚广，应更加关注它的优化。 关键词：煤粉炉；热力计算；结构设计 Abstract: As a major thermal power equipment, industrial boiler has been the focus of the study. For the capacity of boiler more than 35t/h, people often use pulverized coal. The design of pulverized coal is naturally the most important thing. The design of 130t/h pulverized coal is significant to it. During the design process, firstly some research were done to pulverized coal, secondly I read some books from abroad, at last I did the structural design , thermal calculation and calculation check of pulverized coal. During the calculation process, firstly I determined the general structure of boiler. Secondly I did supporting calculations to receive the temperature of the flue gas enthalpy table. Thirdly I did structural design, thermal calculation of furnace. Fourthly I did structural design, thermal calculation of the water wall and the sullage pipe. Fifthly I did structural design, thermal calculation of superheater. Sixthly I did structural design, thermal calculation of economizer and air preheater. Then I did the checking calculation, Finally I got a set design. As an important thermal power equipment, Pulverized coal is widely used in industry. We should pay more attention to its optimization.
