中国美术学院研究生手册相关注意事项 Matters concerning the China Academy of Art (CAA) Post-Graduate Students’ Handbook 根据《中国美术学院研究生学籍管理实施细则From the CAA Management Regulations, Concerning Post-Graduate Students: 第二十条 研究生有下列情况之一，应予退学。 -No. 20: Under the following circumstances, an MA / PhD student will be withdrawn from study: （一）攻读硕士学位研究生同一学期内的所学课程超过二门以上（含二门次）考试、考查不及格，或在读期间所学课程累计三门以上（含三门次）考试、考查不及格者（含补考门次），或在规定学习期内未取得规定学分者； If during a given semester an MA student should fail to meet requirements in two or more courses, the related tests or assessment activities; OR during their period of study should fall short of requirements in three or more courses, the related tests and assessment activities (including re-sit examinations); OR having completed their allotted study period, a student fails to meet the required grade averages （二）攻读博士学位研究生有一门专业课程考试不及格者； PhD students falling short of requirements in one course in their specialist area （三）休学一年仍不能复学，或休学期满一个月内仍不来校办理复学手续者； Post-Grad. students whom having taken a recess period of one year during their studies, only to be unable to continue with study; OR students whom having come to the end of their allotted recess, fail within one month of recommencing study to report to the school’s management, confirming their intent to resume （四）学习期间不经学校批准，擅自接受校内外有关单位抽调或外出打工者； Post-Grad. students whom within a given semester, having not first sought academic approval, engage in part time work or otherwise receive liberties from agents within or outside the academy （五）经学校指定医院诊断，患有疾病或意外伤残无法在校继续学习者； Post-Grad. students whom, having received diagnoses from medical establishments specified by the academy, whether due to illness or other incapacity, are unable to continue with their studies （六）未在规定时间注册超过二周而又无正当理由者； Post-Grad. students whom fail to register for study two weeks following the time specified and whom lack adequate justification for so doing （七）本人自愿申请退学者。 Post-Grad. students whom withdraw from study voluntarily 第二十八条 在研究生毕业前，由所在院系
