郑州航空工业管理学院 毕 业 论 文（设 计） 2014 届 贸易经济 专业 1003052 班级 题 目 团餐行业的现状及发展趋势 姓 名 学号 100305228 指导教师 职称 副教授 二О一 四 年 五 月 十 日 内 容 提 要 改革开放以来，中国经济经过30年的风风雨雨，市场经济日益占主导地位的形式，各个行业都快速发展，并且大部分行业走向成熟，经受住市场的考验，成为中国经济的中流砥柱，都是社会认可的企业，但是同样部分企业也面临更大的挑战与困难，如;如何进行的科学的管理与运营，制定企业的发展战略，怎样相信的业态发展等。 本文从餐饮业的分类谈起，介绍了各个业态的特征及发展趋势，团餐作为餐饮行业中一个重要的业态，行业发展及规模取得了一定的水平，但是也存在一定的问题。然后对团餐行业的大环境进行阐述，列出了影响行业发展的有利和不利因素，本文也列举了国内外餐饮巨头公司的运营情况，找出团餐行业存在的问题，并且从政府和企业方面提出相应的措施，最后提出了自己的营销方案。 关键词 团餐；趋势；餐饮业 Abstract Since Chinas reform and opening-up ,Chinese economy has gone through thick and thin for more than thirty years .During the past decades ,along with market economy becoming the dominant economic form ,most industries in China are growing up and ready to embrace a new booming .Lots of enterprises that can survive the harsh conditions gained the social acceptance and became mainstay of economic development .While at the same time, some industries are confronted with more challenges and greater difficulties .For example ,how to manage scientifically ,how to formulate development strategy ,and how to develop the enterprises innovation are still uncertain for most industries. This article talked about the restaurant industry classification introduces the characteristics and trends of various formats, group meals in the restaurant industry as an important format, industry development and scale achieved a certain level, but there are some problems. Then the big environmental groups elaborate meal industry, lists the favorable and unfavorable factors affecting the development of the industry, the paper also cited the companys domestic and international operations of food and beverage giant, group meals industry to identify the problems, and from the government and enterprises proposed terms of the appropriate measures, finally put forward its own marketing program.
