摘 要 垃圾车在现代生活中起到的作用越来越大，越来越被人们的重视。现代的垃圾车设计在专用车设计中的占有的地位也越来越高。目前，垃圾车设计普遍存在着价位过高，与当前垃圾车的实际接受能力存有一定的距离，致使高消费的垃圾专用车的消费量较小。本设计从市场现实需求角度出发，看重实际，把设计功能较完善合理，充分满足功能要求作为设计目标。在设计中,积极使用新型材料、降低成本价格,以期生产出占有市场优势,功能全，价格低，市场需求量较多的实用型摆臂式垃圾车。 设计中，针对现有的垃圾车露天式厢斗不环保的问题,改进为带柔性滑盖的密封型厢斗，并且后厢板带有铰接装置，实现垃圾的倾卸更快捷，有望成为摆臂式垃圾车密封型车厢的新产品。 关键词：垃圾车；车厢；摆臂；支腿；液压系统 Abstract Garbage truck the role which plays in the modern life is getting bigger and bigger, more and more by peoples value. The modern garbage truck design the status which holds in the private car design is also getting higher and higher. At present, garbage truck design universal existence changes to the high consumption, has certainly with the current actual garbage truck market demand is uncoordinated, the cause high consumptions trash private cars consumption quantity is small. Regards the reality, from market realistic demand angle embarking, is perfect the design function reasonably, in satisfies the function request in the foundation, uses the new material, to truncate the low price, to hold the market superiority positively to take the design idea and the starting point, produces the function entire, the cost is low, the market demand many practical suspends the arm garbage truck. In the design,existing newest outdoor type compartments do not environmental protection problems, improvement for belt flexible a seal type compartments measures, and trunk plate with hinged device, realization of rubbish dump, is expected to become more efficient swinging arm roll-off garbage trucks sealed type carriage of new products.
