摘 要 在人力成本不断上升和科学技术发展的现状下，借助自动化设备代替人力工作的方式日益受到现代制砖企业的青睐。传统的制砖企业通过人力将成型的砖坯从切坯机搬运并码放到窑车上。因砖坯生产线刚生产出得砖坯湿度大、砖坯重，单位时间砖坯产量高，需要搬运并码放到位，导致工人劳动负荷大、砖坯码放质量不一、企业人力成本高。 对于大部分砖瓦制造企业来说，在原料处理设备和制坯生产设备都能满足的前提下，瓶颈制约因素就是砖坯在窑车上的人工码垛。 全自动码坯机是应用在砖坯生产线的砖坯码放设备。与人工码坯方式相比，具有生产效率高、砖坯码放质量好、程序可控等优点。 本课题在介绍码坯机的工作原理基础上，针对年产量6000万砖瓦制造企业进行了码坯机的总体设计，并就码坯机的提升行走系统做了详细设计说明。 关键词：全自动；码坯机；提升；行走 砖瓦 abstract Under the present situation of rising labor costs and the development of science and technology, more and more modern brick-making enterprises replace human work using automation equipment.
