基于生命周期的环境目标-环境绩效 Folie Nr. * 6.2.2 Planning actions to achieve environmental objectives实现环境目标的措施策 When planning how to achieve its environmental objectives, the organization shall determine: a) what will be done; b) what resources will be required; c) who will be responsible; d) when it will be completed; e) how the results will be evaluated, including indicators for monitoring progress toward achievement of its measurable environmental objectives (see 9.1.1). The organization shall consider how actions to achieve its environmental objectives can be integrated into the organization’s business processes. 当策划如何实现环境目标时,组织应确定: a) 要做什么; b) 需要什么资源; c) 由谁负责; d) 什么时候完成; e) 如何评价结果,包括针对可测量的环境目标监视过程中获得的指标(见9.1.1)的评价。 组织应考虑如何将实现环境目标的行动集成到组织的业务流程中。 Folie Nr. * 7 Support支持7.1 Resources资源 The organization shall determine and provide the resources needed for the establishment, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the environmental management system. 组织应确定和提供建立、实施、保持和持续改进环境管理体系的资源需求。 Folie Nr. * 7.2 Competence能力 The organization shall: a) determine the necessary competence of person(s) doing work under its control that affects its environmental performance and its ability to fulfil its compliance obligations; b) ensure that these persons are competent on the basis of appropriate education, training or experience; c) determine training needs associated with its environmental aspects and its environmental management system; d) where applicable, take actions to acquire the necessary competence, and evaluate the effectiveness of the actions taken. NOTE Applicable actions can include, for example, the provision of training to, the mentoring of, or the reassignment of currently employed persons; or the hiring or contracting of competent persons.
