妇科肿瘤患者社会支持状况分析 　　[摘要] 目的 调查分析妇科肿瘤患者的社会支持状况，为临床支持干预提供依据。 方法 采用社会支持评定量表等调查工具对66例妇科良恶性肿瘤患者进行调查，并分析影响社会支持的相关因素。 结果 妇科肿瘤患者的社会支持总分（41.0±8.0）分；其中客观支持（8.7±1.3）分，主观支持（25.0±4.9）分，对支持的利用度（7.2±2.3）分。患者主观支持较客观支持相对较好，对支持利用度相对较差；中年组较青年组、老年组的主观支持更好（P0.05），而务工、务农的社会底层工作者、低收入人群的客观支持更差（P0.05），低文化程度患者的客观支持与支持的利用度更差（P0.05）。 结论 妇科肿瘤患者社会支持的整体状况较好，医护工作中需要充分利用患者的社会支持，并根据不同人群的特点提供更全面的支持促进患者的身心健康。 　　[关键词] 社会支持；社会支持评定量表；妇科肿瘤；身心健康 　　[中图分类号] R737.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）15-0039-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the social support status of the patients with gynecological oncology and provide evidence for clinical support intervention. Methods 66 patients with gynecological benign and malignant tumor were studies by survey instruments like social support revalued scale and the relative factors that influenced the social support were analyzed. Results The total social support score of patients with gynecological tumor was （41.0±8.0）， and among the score， the objective support was （8.7±1.3）， the subjective support was （25.0±4.9） and the utility rate of the support was（7.2±2.3）. The patients had better subjective support compared with the objective support and bad support utility rate； the patients in middle-age group had better subjective support than young and old group（P0.05） and people in the social bottom like workers and farmers as well as people with low incomes had worse subjective support （P0.05）； patients with low cultural degree had worst objective support and support utility rate（P0.05）. Conclusion The overall situation of social support of patients with gynecological oncology was good.
