宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈癌前病变的效果观察 　　[摘要]目的 研究宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈癌前病变的临床效果。方法 我院2014年2月～2015年6月共收治宫颈癌前病变患者142例，将其随机分组，对照组患者采用常规手术治疗，观察组患者采用宫颈环形电切术治疗，比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、临床治疗总有效率和并发症发生率等指标。结果 对照组患者手术时间为（45.53±9.98）min，术中出血量为（45.61±16.48）ml，住院时间为（6.25±1.37）d，临床治疗总有效率为77.46%，并发症发生率为15.49%；观察组患者手术时间为（8.25±3.55）min，术中出血量为（12.35±4.67）ml，住院时间为0 d，临床治疗总有效率为90.14%，并发症发生率为7.04%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈癌前病变不仅有助于缩短患者手术时间、减少术中出血量、保持宫颈的原有形状、便于术后复查，且有助于提高患者的临床治疗总有效率，降低并发症发生率，值得推广。 　　[关键词]宫颈环形电切术；常规手术；宫颈癌；宫颈癌前病变 　　[中图分类号] R737.33 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）10（b）-0091-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To study the effect of loop electrical excision procedure in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesion.Methods 142 cases of patients with cerical cancer pathological changes treated in our hospital from February 2014 to June 2015，were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were treated by routine surgical treatment，observation group were treated by uterine annular cutting operation treatment.The operation time，intraoperative blood loss，hospital stay，clinical total effective rate and incidence of complications such as indicators between two groups were compared.Results The control group patients with operation time was（45.53±9.98）minutes， intraoperative blood loss was （45.61 ±16.48） ml，length of hospital stay was （6.25±1.37） days， clinical treatment the total effective rate was 77.46%， the incidence of complications was 15.49%，the observation group of patients with operation time was（8.25±3.55） minutes，intraoperative blood loss was （12.35±4.67） ml，length of hospital stay was 0 day，clinical treatment the total effective rate was 90.14%，the incidence of complications was 7.04%，the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion For patients with cervical cancer lesion before，using the uterine ring electricity cut method can not only shorten patients treated with the method of operation time，reduce intraoperative blood loss， maintain the origina
