In addition, nearly 40% of cancelled and delayed projects can be directly attributed to requirements [6]. Traditionally, requirements are stored in MS-Word documents or MS-Excel spreadsheets that make it very hard to track them and to make sure all the requirements have been accounted for, in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
