2008年第3期 人 口与经 济 No．3．2008 (总第168期) P0PULAT10NEC0N0MICS (Tot．No．168) 基于二元价值论的人口、资源 与环境经济学概念框架 罗丽艳 (天津财经大学 经济系，天津 300222) 摘 要：人与自然共同创造价值的二元价值论是人口、资源与环境经济学的核心概念。本文在这个概 念框架下分析了人口、资源、环境在经济系统中的基础性地位和作用，运用这一概念把人口、资源与 环境之间的内在联系通过价值这个经济学信号从市场上反映出来，由此引导的资源配置是人力资源、 人造资源和自然资源的合理配置。建立在二元价值论基础上的人口、资源与环境经济学是注重微观基 础的宏观经济学；是注重实证基础的规范经济学；是指导经济实践的理论经济学。 关键词：人口、资源与环境经济学；二元价值论 中图分类号：C92—05 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1000—4149(2008)03—0041—05 The Conceptual Framework of Population，Resource and Environmental Economics Based on Binary Axlology ’ LUO Li—yan (Department of Economics，Tianjin University of Finance and Economics，Tianjin 300222，China) Abstract：The binary axiology that value is commonly created by human beings and the nature is the key concept of population，resources and environmental economics．The fundamental position and function of population，resources and environment in the economic system has been analyzed under this conceptual framework．With this concept the inner link between population，resource and environment could be reflected on the market through the economics signal of value，the resource allocation，based on the result，is the reasonable allocation of human resources， man—made resources and natural resources．Th e population， resource and environmental economics based on the binary axiology is macroeconomics that lay stress on microfoundation，normative economics that emphasize empirical foundation and theoretical economics that guides economic practices． Keywords：population，resources and environmental economics；binary axiology 一 、 国内研究现状回顾与评述 诸多学术团体及专家学者对该学科的建立和发 人口、资源与环境经济学在我国作为一门
