购买货物和/或服务的一般条款 General Terms and Conditions of Purchase of Goods and/or Services (Released: 2010/10/15 First Updated: 2011/03/25) 1. 定义 DEFINITIONS 1.1. “买方”指发出《框架协议》和/或《框架协议下的具体采购订单》和/或《一次性采购合同》（分别或统一均简称为 “采购订单”）的梅赛德斯－奔驰（中国）汽车销售有限公司. “Purchaser” shall mean Mercedes-Benz (China) Ltd., issuing the Purchase Contract and / or Release Order and/or Purchase Order (individually or collectively referred to as “Purchase Order”). 1.2. “供应商”指向之发出采购订单的个人、企业或公司。买方和供应商，单独成为“一方”，合称为“双方”。 “Supplier” shall mean the person, firm or company to whom the Purchase Order is issued.
