题 目 基于压电材料的振动能量 收集技术研究 学生姓名 井 创 学号 1116014113 所在学院 机械工程学院 专业班级 测控技术与仪器1104班 指导教师 王楠 完成地点 陕西理工学院图书馆 2015年 5 月 30 日  基于压电材料的振动能量 收集技术研究 井创 （陕西理工学院机械工程学院测控技术与仪器11级04班，陕西 汉中 723000） 指导教师：王楠 [摘要]伴随着无线传感器网络技术和可携带器件的发展，电池续航供能成为其发展的瓶颈之一。为了获得无线生命周期的自主供电系统，利用周围环境的振动能转换为电能为电子器件供电成为亟待解决的问题。其中利用压电材料把振动能转换为电能越来越受到关注，成为能量领域的研究热点。然而目前存在的问题是，等效电路模型理论有待进一步完善；器件产生的输出电压较小，器件结构有待改进；手机电路及收集器件需进一步优化等。 针对以上问题，本文对目前国内外压电振动能量收集的发展状况进行了研究，对压电材料的类型、振动模式以及收集电路和器件进行了比较分析，提出了压电振动能量收集器的研究内容。 最后，对全文工作进行了总结，并且对下一步计划进行展望，提出新的研究思路。 [关键词]振动能；压电效应；压电材料；能量收集电路  Research on Vibration Energy Harvesting Technology Based on Piezoelectric material Jing Chuang （Grad 11，Class 04, Major Technique and instrumentation of Measurements, Mechanical Engineering Dept., Shaanxi University of Technology, Hanzhong 723000, Shaanxi） Tutor: Wang Nan Abstract: With the development of wireless sensor network technology and portable devices, the power supply via the battery becomes one of the bottlenecks.
