本科生毕业论文 上海汽车2010年财务分析 摘　要 企业的财务报表分析其目的在于确定并提供会计报表数字中包含的各种趋势和关系,为各有关方面特别是投资者提供企业偿债能力、获利能力、营运能力和发展能力等财务信息,使报表使用者据以判断并做出相关决策,为财务决策、财务计划和财务控制提供依据。本文对上海财务报表进行分析，依照财务分析程序、财务分析方法，财务分析内容等方面，对上海汽车的会计报表进行一系列分析，以会计核算和报告资料及其他相关资料为依据，采用一系列专门的分析技术和方法，对企业等经济组织过去和现在的有关筹资活动、投资活动、经营活动的盈利能力、营运能力、偿债能力和增长能力状况等进行分析与评价，为企业的投资者、债权者、经营者及其他关心企业的组织或个人了解企业过去、评价企业现状、预测企业未来、做出正确决策与估价提供准确的信息或依据，并进行具体阐述 关键词：上海汽车；财务分析；会计报表分析；比率分析；综合分析  Abstract The enterprises financial statement analysis its purpose is to identify and provide accounting statements contained in various trend of digital and relationships, for all concerned parties especially investors provide enterprise debt paying ability, profitability, operation ability and ability to develop, financial information, make the users of financial statements and make decisions about which judgment, for financial decisions, financial planning and financial control provides the basis.
