“互联网+”交通管理服务的实践与思考 摘要：近年来，我国经济社会持续快速发展，人民群众对包括公安交管工作在内的社会管理创新和服务优化提出了更高的期盼和要求。传统的公安交管服务模式已逐渐落后于时代的发展，需要借助“互联网思维”进行一次大刀阔斧的改革和推进。构建“互联网+”交通管理服务模式，是顺应“互联网+”时代发展趋势的一项重大改革，是创新公安交管工作机制、打破行业壁垒、提升社会化服务能力的重要举措。本文介绍了海宁市“互联网+”交通管理的建设实践，分析了“互联网+”思维在交通管理中的主要作用，归纳总结了“互联网+”交通管理建设经验，为其他城市交通管理部门构建“互联网+”交管服务新常态提供建议和参考。 关键词：互联网+；智能交通；交通管理；信息服务 Practice and Thinking of Internet+ in Traffic Management and Information Service Abstract: In recent years, with sustained and rapid socioeconomic development in China, higher expectation and requirement for social management innovation and service optimization, including public security transportation management are put forward. Since traditional public security transportation management pattern is falling behind the development of society, “internet thinking” is necessary to help with sweeping reform and advance. Building “internet+” transportation management pattern, is not only a major reform complying with development of “internet+” times, but also an important innovation that is driven by “internet+” , change public security transportation management mechanism, break the barrier industry and shorten the distance of time and space. This paper introduced the construction practice of “internet+” transportation management in Haining City, analyzed the main role that “internet+” thinking played in transportation management, concluded the experience in “internet+” transportation management construction, and provided suggestion and reference about building new “internet+” transportation management normalcy for other transportation management department. Key words: internet+, intelligent traffic, traffic management, information service 一、引言 近年来，我国经济社会持续快速发展，人民群众对包括公安交管工作在内的社会管理创新和服务优化提出了更高的期盼和要求。传统的公安交管服务模式已逐渐落后于时代的发展，亟待创新和突破。随着“互联网思维”的提出以及在各行各业的深入应用，交通管理服务迎来“互联网+”新时代。“互联网+”是互联网和传统行业、产业之间做加法，把互联网用到传统产业之中去的发展模式。“互联网+”交通管理是互联网与交通管理日常警务做加法，实现互联网技术与公安交管实战业务无缝隙链接和高度融合。构建“互联网+”交通管理服务模式，是顺应“互联网+”时代发展趋势的一项重大改革，是以“互联网+”为驱动，创新公安交管工作机制，打破行业壁垒，缩短时空距离的
