摘要 换热器是石油、化工、动力食品以及其它许多工业部门的通用设备，在生产中占有重要地位。在化工生产中，换热器可以作为加热器、冷却器、冷凝器、蒸发器和再沸器，应用十分广泛。换热器种类很多，但根据冷热流体热量交换的原理和方式，基本可分三大类，即间壁式、混合式和蓄热式。间壁式换热器中的U型管式换热器在化工生产中较为常用。本设计是关于U型管换热器的设计，用冷却水冷却低压蒸汽。根据最新的技术标准，结合传统的设计方法，经过结构设计、强度校核以及换热器的制造、检验、安装、维修等步骤，完成了该设计。其中结构设计主要包括管箱、圆筒、管板、折流板、防冲挡板、旁路挡板、接管和法兰、容器法兰、支座等的设计；强度校核包括筒体、封头、垫片、管箱短节、开孔补强、法兰、管板的校核。 关键词：换热器 U型管 设计 校核 Abstract The abstract heat interchanger is the petroleum, chemical, power foodas well as other many industry sectors general purpose equipment,holds the important status in the production. Structural designmainly includes the tube box, the cylinder, the tube plate, thebaffle, guards against flushes the back plate, the bypass back plate,takes over control with the flange, the vessel flange, the support andso on the design; The intensity examination including the tube body,seals, the filling piece, the tube box short festival, opens KongBuqiang, the flange, the tube plate, the saddle type supportexamination.
