摘要 仓库作为物流的核心功能之一，在整个物流系统中具有非常重要的作用，是社会物质生产的必要条件。良好的仓库布局环境能够对货物进入下一个环节前的质量起保证作用，能够为货物进入市场作好准备。 本文主要介绍了兰州苏宁电器仓储管理现状，包括仓库布局、出入库、在库保管、盘点和退货几个方面，在现状中发现仓库功能分区不明确、没有入库作业考核指标、盘点制度不完善和货物验收不仔细的问题，针对这些问题进行了优化，让兰州苏宁电器的仓库布局更合理，从而使仓库内的各项工作实现省时、省力、省成本的目的，给苏宁带来更多的经济利益。 关键词：仓库；优化；管理 Abstract As one of the core functions of logistics warehouse, has a very important role in the whole logistics system, is the necessary condition of social material production.
