第 25卷 第 4期 2006年 10月 军 事 体 育 进 修 学 院 学 报 Journal of PLA Institute of Physical Education Vo1．25 No．4 Oct．2006 ● 体育社会科学 唐朝 “武科制的社会学分析 李 英 杨爱华 陈 恳 (西华大学 体育系，四川 成都 610039) 摘 要 通过民族史学、体育史学、体育理论等多种学科原理，结合文献资料、背景分析、综合分析法 等，对唐朝 “武科制”进行系统研究。结果显示：“武科”，又称 “武举”。创立 “武科制”是武则天革新朝 政，选拔将帅建立新的军事体育制度的需要，是武则天政权 “不惜爵位，以笼四方豪杰自为助”，“务取实 才真贤”培植扩大其亲信势力的必然结果。“武科制”创立：为 “习武”之人敞开了入仕之门，有助于唐朝 社会 “尚武”风气的形成和增强全民身体素质；为国家遴选优秀的武术军事体育人才提供方便，提高了将 帅军事体育素质；冲破了 “贱武右文”的陈腐观念，对唐朝体育的发展，尤其是对我国民族传统体育—— 武术的形成和发展产生积极影响。 关键词 唐朝；武科；武举；创立；军事体育；社会学 中图分类号：G 812．9 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1671—1300(2006)04—0001—04 A Sociological Analysis on the Founding of the ‘Imperial Military Examination’in Tang Dynasty LI Ying YANG Ai—hua CHEN Ken (Department of Physical Education，Xihua University，Chengdu 610039，China) Abstract：The study on the founding of the imperial military examination(IME)is carried out through the combina— tion of various subjects of national history，history of athletics and athletic theory，as well as the relevant literature， background analysis and comprehensive analysis．The founding of IME in Tang dynasty is the outcome of the need of W u Zetian’S political reform at court and the selection of military oficers SO as to establish a new military system， and is alSO the necessary result of the talent po licy of the W u Zetian regime．h opened a door to the official career for those practicing wushu，encouraged the common practice of martial arts，helped the country to select military talents and gradualy broke the stale idea of“humble martial arts，noble literary writing”，and as a consequence，it made a tx~sitive impact on the development of athletics in Tang dyn asty，especialy on the form ation and development of wushu，the traditional Chinme sports． Key words：Tang dynasty；Wuke；imperial military exam ination；founding；military sports；,sociology 古代科考分文科和武科。 “武科”又称 “武 举”，是我国古代科举制度中以 “武艺弓射取士” 的科目，也是我国古代军事体育教育体制中的一种 科选形式。先秦时代 “国之大事，在祀与戎”。u J古 人讲究祭祀，看重兵力。 “古者天子之制，诸侯岁 献，贡士于天子，天子试之子射宫。”E2j“天子将 祭，必先习射于泽。泽者，所以择士也”(《礼记》
