Methods Collect data from questionnaire and analyze it. Result Most hospital set up the night-out patient service,but widespread exsit two problems,movement costs and be in need of expert.the main factor that affect the hospital night-out patient service have the movement mechanism,personnel equipment,equipments equipment and patient etc. Conclusion The emergence of the night-out patient service means the traditional service in hospital system that is changed gradually ,in the market competition with vigorous increasingly,the hospital provides the convenient service for the patient will be an irresistible general trend.but it shouldn’t make a point of the form only,at the request of according to actual,analyze the disease source and make ues of the nervous medical treatment resources effectively,set up the night-out patient service and satisfy the patient’demanding.
