对我国服务易结构的思考.doc

摘要 我国的服务贸易自改革开放以来，有了较大的发展，已经成为国际市场上一支不容忽视的力量。但我国服务贸易在迅速发展的同时，结构上也存在着很多问题，增长速度虽然很快，但总量偏低、出口结构不合理、管理问题滞后等原因制约着我国服务贸易结构的发展，阻碍我国服务贸易竞争力的提升。全面发展服务业、大力培育高等专业要素、加强服务贸易相关产业的协调与支持、充分发挥我国服务贸易比较优势资源、充分发挥政府作用、提高服务贸易管理水平,对于调整我国服务贸易结构在新时期具有重大的战略意义。 关键词：服务贸易 贸易结构 优化  Abstract Since the reform and opening, Chinas service trade has great development and has become a force that can’t be ignored in international market. However, with the rapid development of Chinas service trade, there are many structural problems at the same time. Although the growth rate is rapidly, such aspects as low total quantity, irrational export structure, backward management problems restrict the development of structure of Chinas service trade and hinder promotion of competitive forces of Chinas service trade. To develop service trade overall, to foster advanced professional elements, to strength coordination and support in related industries of service trade, to give full play to comparative advantages of Chinas service trade in resources, to play the role of government, to improve the management level of service trade have important strategic significance for the structure adjustment of Chinas service trade in the new era.
