The establishment of consumer finance company not only promote the change of our economy from investment-oriented to consumer-oriented, but also improve the financial system of China. Though the consumer finance company has its unique advantages, but in China it still in trial stage and the outlook is not optimistic, therefore, it requires combination of China’s national conditions, using the successful experience of foreign countries for reference, innovation in practice and exploring their own survival. This paper analyzes the difficult situation of China’s consumer finance companies; summarizes the international experience of development based on the analysis of operational model of foreign consumer finance companies; Finally, makes some reasonal recommendations for construct the operational model of China’s consumer finance companies.
