基于UG的鼠标逆向工程和雕铣加工 （陕西理工学院机械工程学院机自071班，陕西 汉中 723003） 指导老师 【摘要】逆向工程已成为当今CAD/CAM领域内研究的热点之一。逆向工程能够提高设计精度，获得较高的模型质量，缩短设计周期。因此，它具有广阔的应用前景，受到各国工业界和学术界的高度重视。本设计重点介绍了利用UG软件根据鼠标的点云数据进行鼠标的模型重建并利用雕铣机加工出鼠标的模型，在根据点云逆向设计中，结合设计需要进行了必要的正向设计修正，以得到理想的设计结果。 设计内容贯穿数据采集、数据预处理、文件读取、边界提取，曲面重构、实体生成、雕铣机的操作和注意事项。选用UG4.0软件的UnigraphicsCAD/CAM/CAE系统提供了一个基于过程的产品设计环境，使产品开发从设计到加工真正实现了数据的无缝集成，从而优化了企业的产品设计与制造。 【关键词】逆向工程 ，雕铣加工 ，数据采集 ，曲面重构 ，实体生成 Reverse engineering of a mouse based on UG and processing of Engraving and milling machines (Grade 07,Class1,Major machine design manufacture and autormation，school of Mechanical Engineering，Shaanxi University of Technology，Hanzhong 723003，Shaanxi) Abstract: Reverse engineering has already become one of the research focuses in current CAD/CAM study 。Reverse engineering can enhance the precision of design, produce high quality model and shorten the cycle of design and manufacture. As a result, it holds out broad prospects for application and is thought highly of in both industrial and academic circles in many countries. In this design,according to the point cloud data of the mouse model is reconstructed with UG software and making use of Engraving and milling machines to process the mouse model。During the reverse design of point cloud combined with the need of the design positive design modification is done in order to get ideal design result。 The content include data collection ,data preprocessing ,files reading,boundaries extracting,curved face reconstruction,solid generation ，operation of Engraving and milling machines and its matters need attention。Unigraphics CAD/CAM/CAE system of UG NX 4.0 provides a design environment based on process of the product and mkes the product development from design to production complete jointless integration of data,thus optimizes the product design and production in the enterprise。 Keywords：Reverse engineering ，processing of Engraving and milling machines ，data collection ，curved face rec
