摘 要 此次毕业设计的是基于注塑模具设计的小音箱前面板注塑模具设计，此零件小巧，轻便，外形优美。随着模具技术的迅速发展，模具设计发展成多种多样的形式，如CAD/CAM技术，模具的激光成型技术，模具的精密加工技术。本设计是注塑模设计，采用的一模两腔的结构。 注射模主要被用于成型热塑性塑料制件，注塑模是成型塑料制件的一种重要的工艺设备在塑料制件的生产中起着关键作用。注塑模具种类繁多，不仅不同塑件注塑成型可用不同结构的模具，而且同一塑件也可用多种结构的模具注塑。因此，模具设计的好坏直接影响塑件的质量、生产效率、材料利用率、工人的劳动强度、模具的使用寿命以及模具的制造成本等。因此要求模具设计要选择最佳的模具结构设计方案，来达到最佳效益。 设计注射模时，既要考虑塑料熔体的流动行为，对塑料加工工艺的要求，也要考虑模具制造装配等模具结构方面的问题，包括塑料的充模顺序、空气导出、收缩、补缩、分型面的选择、模具的冷却与加热等等。 关键词：塑料，注塑模，设计。 ABSTRACT The graduation project is based on the injection mold design of small speakers front panel injection mold design, this part is small, light, beautiful appearance.
