Modern scheduling system requirements can rapid, accurate and comprehensive grasp of the actual operation of power system, run trend of forecast and analysis system, to puts forward some measures for the problems occurred in the operation of countermeasures and provide the next run. Thus ensure the safety and economy of power system operation. At present, all levels of power grid automation system have the function of power grid analyze. In the grid of high-level application software, state estimation plays a very important role; it can provide more abundant, accurate and reasonable data, for other applications to provide reliable data.
