第 46 卷 增刊 2016 年 6 月 建 筑 结 构 Building Structure Vol． 46 Jun． S1 2016 作者简介: 张路，博士，高级工程师，Email: 499686486@ qq． com。 恒大国际中心 D 区商业结构设计与分析 张 路， 芮建辉， 侯鹏程 ( 中国建筑设计院有限公司，北京 100044) ［摘要］ 恒大国际金融中心 D 区商业地上 7 层，主体结构高度 35． 4m，采用框架-剪力墙结构体系，结构平面尺寸 203m × 104m。首先结合建筑方案及经济性分析说明了主体结构的体系选型方案。随后，系统介绍了项目设计过 程中针对主体结构平面不规则、竖向不规则及其他不规则项选用的计算措施和设计措施。同时，对主体结构设计 选用的性能化设计方法进行了具体陈述。最后，对主体结构的地上超长处理措施进行了重点说明。研究及设计 结果表明: 通过选用合理的计算措施和设计措施，原结构的不规则性得到有效控制，结构各项计算指标可以较好 地满足规范要求，结构安全、可靠，结构设计可行。 ［关键词］ 框架-剪力墙; 性能化设计; 弱连接; 温度应力 中图分类号: TU352 文献标识码: A 文章编号: 1002-848X( 2016) S1-0048-06 Structural design and analysis of D business area of EVEＲGＲANDE International Center Zhang Lu，Ｒui Jianhui，Hou Pengcheng ( China Architecture Design Group，Beijing 100044 ，China) Abstract: D area of EVEＲGＲANDE International Center with the height of 35． 4m and 7 floors on the grand，uses the frame-shear wall structure system and the plane dimension of 203m × 104m． Firstly，combined architecture scheme and economic analysis，the structural system selection of the main structure was explained． Then，the calculation measures and the design measures about the plane irregularity，the vertical irregularity and the other irregularity of the structure systematically were introduced． At the same time，the performance design method of the structure particularly were stated． Finally，treatment measures of super-long structure were emphatically presented． Ｒesearch and design results show that， by using reasonable computational measures and design measures，the irregularity of the original structure has been effectively controlled，and the structure calculation index can better meet the requirements of the standards． The structure is safe，reliable and the structural design is feasible． Keywords: frame-shear wall; performance design; weak link; thermal stress 1 工程概况 恒大国际金融中心位于广西省南宁市五象新区 总部基地内，总建筑面积约 62 万 m2，分为 A、B、C、D、 E、F、G、H 多个结构单体，为典型的城市综合体建筑 群。其中，D 区商业在整个项目的具体位置及地上平 面尺寸示意见图 1 和图 2。 图 1 D 区商业位置示意 图 2 D 区商业地上平面尺寸 D 区商业地上 7 层，主体结构高度 35． 4m，地上结 构平面尺寸 2
