The most common are: cant sleep, difficulty sleeping, and easy to wake up after sleep, interrupted sleep, wake up cant fall asleep. Insomnia is also called fall asleep and maintaining sleep disorders (DlMS), such as various kinds of causes of trouble falling asleep, sleep depth or frequency are too short, wake up, and lack of sleep or poor quality, and the amount of common diseases. 2. The long-term insomnia have why harm? Insomnia can cause fatigue, anxiety, whole body unwell, listless, slow response, have a headache, cant concentrate. More severe insomnia causes schizophrenia and depression, anxiety disorder, plant nerve function disorder, such as functional disease, and each system diseases, such as cardiovascular system (insomnia to heart failure was dangerous to add 3 times), digestive system and so on.
