永辉超市生鲜商品物流配送的分析 福建师范大学协和学院 国际商学系 物流管理（国际方向） 124202010207 顾芳媛 指导老师 陈良云 【摘要】永辉以经营生鲜食品作为特色,根据人们的消费习惯，为消费者提供绿色、安全且价格实惠、品种多样的生鲜食品。本文首先简要描述了生鲜商品物流配送的特点和要求，然后介绍永辉超市生鲜商品经营现状和物流配送环节，在此基础上对永辉超市生鲜商品的物流配送模式中存在的直采与自营风险大、物流配送中心功能的不完善等劣势进行分析，最后充分发挥永辉模式的优势，合理利用现代信息管理系统，对生鲜的配送方式进行优化和完善，让永辉的生鲜经营成为国内连锁经营企业的模范。 【关键词】永辉超市；生鲜商品；物流配送 引言 我国人口众多，对生鲜产品的需求量巨大，生鲜产品不同于其他类商品，其新鲜、安全、健康的特点受到人们的青睐，同时，生鲜商品物流配送的重要性受到广泛关注。物流配送作为连锁经营超市的中心环节，怎样实现生鲜商品高效合理的配送，是超市经营生鲜首要考虑的问题，各大连锁超市在降低物流成本的同时，注意减少生鲜商品配送过程中的损耗，依照较高的物流配送效率来选择与其相适应的配送模式。 如今，永辉位居中国连锁百强企业中国快速消费品连锁（永辉简介公司以现代物流为支撑，以现代农业和食品工业为两翼，已发展成为以零售业为龙头以实业开发为基础的大型集团企业。在已发展超过型超市，经营面积超过300万平方米生鲜经营现状永辉超市生鲜物流配送的问题分析永辉超市生鲜物流配送的优化对策nalysis of the Logistics Distribution of Fresh Goods of Yonghui Superstores Concord University College Fujian Normal University Department of International Commerce International Logistics Management 124202010207 Gu Fangyuan Tutor: Chen Liangyun [Abstract] Yonghui Superstores sales the fresh goods as the characteristic, and based on peoples consumption habits to provide the green, safe, affordable and Species diversity of fresh food. This article first briefly describes the characteristics and requirements of the logistics distribution of fresh food, and then introduce the status and the links of the logistics distribution mode of Yonghui. On the basis of it, analysis the disadvantages and problems of the logistics distribution, like the big risk in using the direct and proprietary, the imperfection of logistics distribution center and so on. Finally, play the advantages of the logistics distribution in fully, reasonable use of modern information management system and optimize and improve the way of the logistics distribution to make Yonghui Superstores to be the model of domestic chain business enterprises.
