济南大学泉城学院 毕 业 设 计 题 目 专 业 班 级 学 生 学 号 指导教师 二〇一一 年 四 月 十五 日摘 要 本文主要介绍了一种便携式防汛抢险打桩机的设计和分析计算。 近年来，我国气候异常，导致洪涝灾害发生频繁，防洪任务十分艰巨，打桩机在防汛抢险中发挥着重要的作用，对保护人民生命财产安全和保障经济建设的成果都具有非常重要的意义。 目前的打桩机主要是大型的液压打桩机和振动打桩机，我国有超过十家企业正在生产各种形式的打桩机。近年来，打桩机的设计开始朝着灵活轻便的方向发展。很多国外的企业开始积极地研发这样的机器，比如，美国、日本、德国、荷兰等，他们都在向着灵活轻便，快速沉桩和适应环境能力强的要求发展。 通过分析研究近年来黄河水的近况，并且结合黄河附近的实际情况，我们设计和开发了一种便携式的防汛抢险打桩机。通过对其的分析计算和优化主要参数，使机器具有灵活、高效、安全、结构简单、方便实用等优点。 关键词：打桩机 防汛 沉桩 ABSTRACT This article mainly introduced some designs and calculations of portable pile driver for preventing flood and rushing to deal with an emergency. In recent years,the unusual climate in our country lead to the fact that the flood frequently takes place, the more arduous task is to prevent flood, the beat machinery played a very important role and have a very important meaning to protecting peoples safety of life and property, ensure economic construction achievement. Beat machinery Existed is mainly large-scale hydraulic pressure, vibration beat machinery, China has more than ten companies are producing various forms of hammers. In recent years, the design began to pile direction toward the light and flexible.
